Description
She is Australian built by Perry and was launched in 2009 with a view to family cruising the tropics. She sports a massive inventory and has her systems designed and set up for short-handed sailing. These yachts are designed to carry a cruising payload and Ivory Street has always performed well with her high bridge deck clearance and fast hulls delivering great pace in all conditions.
Professionally built in vacuum composite with gelcoat finish, she still looks as if she just left the shipyard. Engines are Yanmar 110hp and she has a range of over 3000 nm under power via her 4 blade feathering props. With dual helm stations you have excellent access to all controls. Winch system is Lewmar with all main units being two speed electric. She has every modern convenience down to dive compressor and everything is in perfect order with full service records available.
Accommodation features two huge island queen cabins forward with two convertible twin/king sized cabins aft. Definitely a versatile layout for cruising. Huge cold storage, fully fitted galley with dishwasher and a complete laundry make her a real cruising home.
